11-12-2024: According to the observations at (15:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Preassure Area over Southwest Bay of Bengal(off Sri Lanka Coast) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may reach over Sri Lanka - Tamil Nadu Coasts, India, during next 12 hrs. Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea, Westcentral and Southwest Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st November 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Bago, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Southern Shan, Mon states. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States.
