BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 22nd August, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing,  Mandalay, Magway Regions, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 -7)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
