It is centered at about 765 Nautical miles West of Coco Island (Myanmar), 45 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai and 40 Nautical miles East-Northeast of Puducherry (India). The centre pressure of Cyclonic Storm is 994 hPa and maximum wind speed near the center is 50 miles per hour. Weather is cloudy over the Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea.
