According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West wards and it is centered at about (200) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Puducherry and about (230) Nautical miles South-Southeast of Chennai (India).
It is not moving towards Myanmar coasts, the present stage of the Cyclonic Storm (NIVAR) is coded yellow stage.
